(More customer reviews)When this bag was taken on it's first business trip, the plastic on the shoulder strap broke within 10 minutes of use. The zipper pulls unhook from the actual zipper part consistently. I really like the shape of the bag and the pocket options, but it is a pain to deal with all the trimmings coming apart.
