(More customer reviews)The item was defective out of the box. I contacted the company that sent it, but they only have a seven day return policy. I didn't try the unit until after the return time had expired. Amazon may only be the middle man getting buyers and sellers together; but they should try to filter out sub par companies. I realize that this was not Costco where you can return anything when you are dissatisfied, but having such a short time is not appropriate. I will probably not buy anything through Amazon again.
