(More customer reviews)The batteries showed up in a regular white envelope with no padding which resulted in one of the two packages being damaged. Per instructions and prior to this review, I sent a note to Image International - All Watch Parts about the damaged product but never received a response so I'm giving this company a big fat 'F' for customer service. The batteries showed up in good time and look to be factory batteries but having half of them damaged isn't acceptable.
