(More customer reviews)The NIV-570 let's you add a note to a Bible passage. I tried out two units, one from Amazon, the other from a local Christian outlet. Both had the same defect: when making a note, you cannot enter numbers, only letters. If you want to add a note, "See Exodus 20", you have to settle for "See Exodus". I called Franklin's 800 help number and the gentleman I talked to tried it himself and said I was right, he then called an engineer who also tried it and confirmed it cannot be done. I also sent them an email, and the response confirmed the the number keys do not work when entering notes.
