This handy gadget can do it for you without turning what little hair you have left further grey. Wish I had purchased it two years ago, rather than two months.
I laid out a complicated staircase in one attempt within 1/8" of my target. I can live with that anyday. Can't wait to build another house and cut the roof. Should be able to leave my "blue book" in the truck.
