(More customer reviews)Because it is USB, it does not work eith TI-Graphlink software. Don't get me wrong the Graphlink software isn't great, but it is much more powerful than TI Connect. Plus you can use both TI Connect and TI-Graphlink software with the serial cables. The graph link software is rather clunky, but much more reliable than ti connect.
